Commanded
What the PLC, HMI, drive or recipe asks the machine to do.
IMS Verify
Compare what the controls command with available measurements and observed machine behavior. Give your team a documented basis for the next decision.

Make the evidence useful
What the PLC, HMI, drive or recipe asks the machine to do.
What suitable instruments or validated methods can establish, with the method and limits recorded.
How the machine, web and finished roll behave under the tested conditions.
A focused test plan
Selected tension zones, section speed relationships and variation through acceleration, running and slowdown.
Torque-related behavior, diameter, taper, pressure and machine response, using appropriate available evidence.
A baseline or a focused recheck after tuning, a controls change, component replacement or rebuild.
Drive torque estimates are identified as estimates. Pressure is not labeled as directly measured nip force. Independent instruments are used where feasible; machine-reported data and calculations remain clearly identified.
An agreed test plan, recorded conditions and methods, a clear result and a practical next step. Separate verified results from observations, open issues and items not tested.
Performance verification, not blanket certification. IMS Verify does not certify machine safety or regulatory compliance. Conclusions apply to the tested conditions. When IMS also makes the corrections, that role is stated; the work is not described as independent third-party certification.
Bring us the problem
An uncertain reading, recurring defect or planned upgrade can be the starting point for a focused check.
