Locked-core to differential winding conversion
The winding arrangement changed to handle materials with caliper variation that had been unrunnable on this machine.

ControlLogix and DC drives on 5,000-FPM duplex rewinders
The customer saw the first converted rewinder in production, then chose the same overall approach for four more.

Hands-on training after a loss of experienced operators
Two weeks beside the remaining crew, working through real setups, adjustments, changeovers and winding problems.
