Recurring, unexplained stops
Faults keep returning, the sequence is unclear, or the available information does not explain why the line stopped.
Coating & laminating lines
Hands-on troubleshooting and controls expertise across the converting line. I connect machine behavior, drives, tension, web handling and the people running the process.

Recognize the problem
Faults keep returning, the sequence is unclear, or the available information does not explain why the line stopped.
Variation through acceleration, normal running or slowdown. The web may show a problem that starts in another section.
Turret, transfer or flying-splice behavior that needs investigation across timing, speed, tension and machine condition.
A different material, width, roll diameter or recipe exposes behavior the previous run did not show.
Wrinkles, tracking, traction, nip behavior or poor rewind quality that must be followed through the line.
Confusing settings, incomplete diagnostics or workarounds that make setup and troubleshooting harder.
Whole-line machine support
I work through unwind delivery, driven-section relationships, machine sequences, web handling and rewind performance with your team. The scope can be a focused correction, a controls and drive modernization, or technical leadership through a larger upgrade.
Useful maintenance screens, recipes, documentation and training belong in that work so the plant can support the changes.
Coating formulation, specialist dryer or combustion design, and formal machine-safety engineering are separate scopes. Where they are needed, responsibilities are agreed with the appropriate specialists.
Working with IMS
Some work can begin with video, controls files or machine data. Other work needs a visit. We agree the scope and work with qualified people at the plant where the task requires them.
How remote and onsite support workStart with the problem
You do not need a finished diagnosis or a service package. Tell me what is happening, and we will establish the right next step.
